The USO Phoenix Lounge, situated on Level 2, East End, in proximity to B and C elevators (pre-security), presents a unique haven for active members of the U.S. armed forces, Reserve and Guard members, and their families. Operating hours are from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and extended to 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Fridays through Sundays.
